The YMCA at Nocatee and RITA Foundation are working togehter to raise awareness and bring positive impact to our community!
Join us to support the YMCA's Healthy Aging Programs, Miitiary Initiatives and our Healthy Living Programs like LIVESTRONG at the YMCA that are free to the community.
The Miles of Strength 5K will take place in Ponte Vedra, Florida, starting at 8:00 AM at the Nocatee Station Field, located next to the Nocatee Spray Park. The course is a single-loop route that follows safe, wide bike and golf cart paths—perfect for runners and walkers of all levels.
In addition to the 5K, we will also host a Fun Run/1-Mile Walk at 8:00 AM, as well as a VIRTUAL race option for supporters joining us from out of town.
The top 200 finishers of the 5K will receive finisher medals as they cross the line on race day
5K Early Entry Fee is only $35 until midnight Jan 10, 2026 and includes a shirt.
Late Entry Fee is $40 until 6pm on January 23, 2026, when online registration closes. LATE ENTRY DOES NOT INCLUDE A SHIRT
Race Day Entry Fee is $45 via QR code, cash or check. Late and race day entrants DO not qualify for a shirt so PLEASE register early.
Virtual 5K Entry Fee are the same as the above but you have the option of shipping for an additional $10 of your shirt and medal.
One Mile Run / Walk entry fee is $20 Early and $25 late entry and does not include a shirt. One Mile entrant may purchase a shirt for $10.
AWARDS will be presented to the overall male and female winners and in age groups 9 and under to 80 and over in ten year brackets.
